APARTMENT HOUSE IN THE HEART
OF THE HOCHKÖNIG
The apartment house is located in a quiet area just a little outside the village Maria Alm, 1030 meters above sea level, with a beautiful view of the Hochkönig. From here you start directly in the ski area Hochkönig with 120 kilometres of slopes in winter and in summer great hiking trails start right outside the door.

Enjoy the view of the mountains, clean air and nature at its best. The region is full of activity opportunities: skiing and snow fun in winter. Hiking, mountain biking, swimming and family entertaining in summer. Take a break and enjoy this paradise.
SWIMMING
The apartment house has an indoor pool with a beautiful view of the Hochkönig. The pool is open daily from 08:00 to 20:00. The water temperature is about 28 degrees, the air temperature is ca. 31 degrees. Massage jets are located at the pool staircase for some wellness feeling.
TABLE TENNIS
For some action and family entertainment there is a table tennis opportunity at the apartment house. It is located in the free accessible area right next to the pool entrance. Enjoy and have fun.
HOW TO GET THERE
München - Inzell/ Siegsdorf
From the A8 motorway in direction Salzburg take the exit Inzell/Siegsdorf and head towards Inzell, then continue through Lofer to Saalfelden. At the first roundabout, turn left to Maria Alm.
Salzburg - Bischofshofen
From Salzburg continue on the A10 to Bischofshofen, then head towards St. Johann, continue through Zell am See to Saafelden. At the first roundabout, turn right to Maria Alm.
